About the book

Vaazhkai Vaazhvatharke (Life is to Live)

We hate ourselves. Due to the family system, the necessity of marriage, the eternal obligations of marriage, the compulsion to earn, the pressure to have children, then the need for children to go to school, raising the children, various family quarrels, divorces, complicating simple things without understanding what is right and wrong in life, we simply hate ourselves.

Without realizing what one wants, who one is looking for - searching ourselves in others, and contradicting ourselves because it is not "us", we hate ourselves.

When we are clear about who we are and what we want, we don't care who the other people are or what they say. The sacrifices that we make for others and for ourselves - may become useless to others.

None of us like advice; but we continue to advise each other. This book can be a self help guide to the advice and instructions we need to lead a happy life, for we have one life to live.
